What Will You Do?


  • Be able to perform defect triage.
  • Create documentation and knowledgebase for System Integration teams to refer to for problem solving
  • Be able to respond to support requests using documentation and knowledgebase
  • Be able to distinguish between a configuration/environment problem and software bug
  • Be able to fix defects in harmony with relevant team (Optional)
  • Follow-up customer SLAs and ensure that R&D stays compliant with response, restore and resolve times


What Do You Need?


  • BSc degree in computer science or a relevant field
  • Have basic information about telecom and e-commerce business use cases
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail
  • Hands on experience with ITSM tools
  • Be able to diagnose a problem by using monitoring and diagnosis tools and logs
  • Intermediate information on most of the technologies/tools mentioned in below list
  • Preferably having a certificate from KPDS, ÜDS, YDS, e-YDS, Cambridge, TOEFL IBT, or PTE exams.



Familiarity with below Technologies/tools


  • ITSM tool
  • PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Microservices, Kubernetes, Swagger
  • Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
  • Message Bus (E.g. Kafka)
  • BPMN Concepts & Tools
  • Linux
  • Java (Optional)
  • Spring boot (Optional)
