What Will You Do?

• Utilize and create journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, interactions, prototypes, and design specifications to develop end-to-end user flows, 
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure execution of designs, 
• The UX/UI Team Lead is responsible for creating original artwork with a visual style, design and layout that is appropriate to each project’s concepts and goals, 
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.

What Do You Need?

• Graduated from digital design departments of universities, 
• Minimum 8 years of professional Wireframing, high level Mockup and UI/UX design experience (must show project publishing in resume and portfolio)
• High experience for SaaS product, web applications and Mobile (Native) iOS and Android applications,
• High experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.) and/or other design programs,
• Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping software (Sketch,Figma,XD),
• Experience working closely with product managers, other designers, development teams, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment,
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe xD (digital design and prototyping toolkit) ,
• Together with these could be preference reason; Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere Pro, 
• Critical Thinking & Complex Problem Solving: Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative approaches and implement the best solutions,
• Attention to Detail: Follow guidelines and best practices, review and test your work, and don’t ever settle for a non-scalable solution. 
• Systems Analysis & Evaluation: Determine how a system should work, identify desired outcomes, and create a path to execute improvements, 
• Collaborative Communication: Communicate openly and kindly with your team to both request and provide assistance when needed. 
• Preferably having a certificate from KPDS, ÜDS, YDS, e-YDS, Cambridge, TOEFL IBT, or PTE exams.
