Job Description

• Understand the existing process, work with business teams requesting the changes to clarify requirements, and document the necessary solution.
• Manage activities related to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and project implementation.
• Collaborate closely and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including request owners, customer representatives, design, development, and testing teams.
• Ensure that required documents (scope document, test scenarios, user documentation, etc.) are created in accordance with company standards within the processes involved.

 What Do You Need?

• At least 5 years of experience in analyst/solution architect roles for a front-end application (preferably with experience in public sector projects).
• Strong technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Knowledge and experience with BPM/UML/Workflow (flowcharts) and workflow management tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge and experience in application integration and protocols/methods used in these integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for producing effective, systematic, and innovative solutions focused on customer satisfaction.
• Adaptable to changing conditions and requests.
• Willing and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
• Preferably residing in Ankara.
