Job Description


We are in search of a results-driven Presales Engineer who excels in a collaborative setting. This role demands active engagement with sales teams, project management and developer teams. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client technical requirements and presenting our solutions. Working closely with our sales team, you will bring technical expertise to support the sales process and foster collaboration across various teams.



What Will You Do?


  • Engage proactively with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and design technical solutions on DNext BSS Digital Engagement Platform while providing valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and developer teams to ensure the seamless integration of technical solutions during delivery process.
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries from potential clients, addressing their concerns effectively.
  • Take ownership of creating and delivering technically sound proposals that align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed advice to clients.


What Do You Need?


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, or computer engineering.
  • Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in BSS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ability to take ownership of work.
  • Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders within and outside the company, including customers, sales teams, project management team, developer teams and business partners.
  • Preferably having a certificate from KPDS, ÜDS, YDS, e-YDS, Cambridge, TOEFL IBT, or PTE exams.
